A freshly remodeled apartment, 50 square meters of living space located on the first floor, just above the main entrance. Extras, including a nicely equipped kitchenette, a fully remodeled brand new bathroom, 2 television and full wifi internet capability. Sleeping arrangements include a separate bedroom to sleep two, with a double bed. It can sleep an additional person comfortably on the living room pull out couch or two small children.

The house is located in the area of Kalamaria (20 minutes from the center by bus). It's on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (one double bed and 2 single beds). The apartment building is small and I live two floors up for anything you need.

Fully renovated in 2020, the apartment is located in the center of the city. 10 minutes' walk from the White Tower. Right next to the German Institute (Goethe Institute). A pleasant walk on the new beach starts from the house (just 100 meters from the sea, at the height of the Thessaloniki Yacht Club) that ends at the port, passing by the White Tower and crossing the old beach with its beautiful cafes, restaurants and shops!

The apartment has a living room, one bedroom, dining room, kitchenette and bathroom, a total of 35 sq.m. In the living room the sofa converts into a bed with a sleeping area of 1.40m. There is a washing machine (detergent and fabric softener), microwave, necessary kitchen utensils, smart TV, electric stove, toaster, coffee bags, tea and biscuits, salt, pepper, oil, disposable slippers. There is a key box for guest reception.
