It has direct water views of the Hagensche Wiek to Gager. Enjoy the immediate location by the sea, take a refreshing bath in the Bodden (only 30 m away) after the sauna, relax on the balcony or in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility away from the tourist streams.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Falls ihr etwas Verpflegung für euren Strandbesuch benötigt, gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Am Strand könnt ihr dann Strandkörbe und Sonnenliegen für euer Picknick anmieten. Euer Auto könnt ihr sicher auf unserem Grundstück kostenlos parken.
