This is my go-to for brunch and food on the weekends. Sit at the bar and chat with the servers. Amazing coffee drinks, smoothies and food. Get the lemon blueberry ricotta french toast or chuck-wagon -- to die for. It is my happy place, and very dear to me. They also have tons of magazines on various topics (like no other I have seen), books and neat gifts.

Trident is a fun place to grab breakfast because is acts as a bookstore as well as a restaurant. If you have to put your name down for a table, you can browse the store while you're waiting for a table to open up. I highly recommend the Apple Brie Omelette and the Lemon Ricotta French Toast if you're in the mood for something sweet.
