More than just a bakery, they have great salads and other lunch fare offerings. Great vegan and gluten-free offerings, all natural and organic ingredients are used.

VEGAN: In Hamden area. Everything from donuts and decadent pastries to great hummas and raw crackers and entrees. Can be found at the Saturday Waverly farmers market as well.
