*30 minutes drive from the property - Take a walk through Dubai’s history and culture in this charming area full of local shops and restaurants. Dubai Creek separates the city into two towns, with Deira to the north and Bur Dubai to the south. Travel across the creek in an abra (small wooden ferry) for just AED 1 and get a lifetime experience. You can also take a trip around the Creek on one of the many dhows that have been restored as tourist cruise boats. There you can see and visit: - Traditional Architecture at Sheikh Saeed Al-Maktoum House; - Dubai Museum; - Deira Souqs; - Arabian Tea House Restaurant & Cafe.

Learn about the UAE of the past, the Heritage Village was created in 1997 to embrace the heritage events and to display a live image of the old traditional life in the UAE.

A fabulous display of UAE's heritage and history. Along the creekside there are great places to spend an evening and lots of casual to fine dining options.

If you curious about the Dubai's early settlement. Here is the place. I personally interested in Wind Towers(Natural Air Conditioning or Fridge) but unfortunately there is no working sample.
