Lumberyard is an arts center facility that hosts technical residencies for performing artists in a multi-building facility that was once a waterfront lumberyard. It is designed for artists to explore their creation, to test, experiment and bring their vision to life immediately before premiere. The 5500-square foot theatre can recreate any stage in New York City. Artists come and put the final touches on work before it premieres in New York City. Local residents have the opportunity to enjoy their out-of-town premieres.
