This is a very unique place in Collingwood. They have a really good American Southern BBQ menu as well as good Fried Chicken. Great Sunday afternoon spot and also family dinner. They have good selection of tap beers and one of the only few places in Melbourne that serves the original style Absinth.

recently revamped this old 1940's pub buried in Collingwood's industrial backstreets now boasts a restaurant, cocktail bar and absinthe salon. Also has a smokehouse and beer garden, for Southern US-style grills.
