Rajachandran and his wife made us feel wonderfully welcome and looked after. They paid attention to our requirements - we wanted to cook for ourselves - and they equipped the kitchen accordingly which was a great help and relief to us with not being able to eat food cooked Indian-style all of the time. Our upstairs flat (2nd floor) is spacious and light. The flats are set in beautiful jungle-like gardens - at night we sleep to a lullaby of crickets and other creatures; the mosquitoes are kept at bay with good netting and our own mosquito-repellent. And the view from the balconies is stunning. We only use the fans for cooling and at this time of year, October-November that is enough. We are 5 minutes' walk away from a supermarket in one direction, and 10 minutes' walk away from the lovely beach in the other. Nearby are small shops, an organic vegetable and fruit shop, chemists, ayurvedic medical shops and lots of treatment centres. We are spoilt for choice! Thiruvananthapuram city centre is easily accessible either by rickshaw or taxi-car. It is an ideally restful private place to spend time in for a good relaxing holiday.

Rajachandran's place was just perfect for us. We could cook our own food, relax in the spacious apartment and take public transport to Trivandrum from the place. Very well located, clean and with good wifi. My family spent very nice days here!

This apartment is quiet, very comfortable, well maintained and clean. Situated in a convenient locality, in city limits, near grocery shops and auto stand. The apartment had everything we wanted for a month long stay to feel at home. Mariam was very accommodating and quick to respond on any requirement. We will always come back here if we have to stay in Trivandrum.

Excellent stay for big groups and families close to the Padmanaba Swamy Temple, they have 2 floors with around 9 rooms which can accommodate upto 20 people. Proper kitchen with all utensils available. Dedicated gated parking available in ground floor and also has a lift.

Had a great and peaceful stay. The place was very comfortable and affordable. Host akash was very responsive at all the time and helpful.Highly recommend!!! Great places to travel all the tourist spots And we have awesome parlour in the same buliding with excellent service and guest get 40% discount And bakery shop, opposite to the building are very helpful and friendly.

It has all the amenities listed, I enjoyed my stay, it close to restaurants, I like one of the restaurants Imperial kitchen, it is 500 meters away.

Jagan was a very friendly host and the home had everything that’s required for a wonderful and a peaceful stay . The checkin was very smooth . Apartment was fully furnished including all kitchen amenities that includes mixie and dishes too . Primary kitchen amenities were also available . His apartment also have few gym stuffs like dumbelles , yoga mat , workout ball , belt etc. tv was also logged in with full Netflix prime subscriptions which was cherry on the cake . There is ac in the bed room ,apartment also has a dedicated car park. It’s located in a place from where you can easily access lulu mall and TVM city . Overall it was a great place to live for vacation. but there were some real pros and cons about it. pros : clean property and clean bathroom, clean towel and kitchen, very near to IT campus so there were a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, centre to famous beach spots , varkala, jatayu earth center cons : no drinking water provided we have to buy on our own, road to property is under construction so inconvenience to cabs and taxis overall a great place to spend time with family or friends. recommended if okay with the cons.
