Our stay here was excellent and peaceful. Good restaurants were around the corner and easy to access. The staff Mahalakshmi and Satish were very helpful and kind during our stay. I would recommend this home stay to everyone who wish to stay just on the outskirts of Madurai.

There is no AirBnB closer to the Meenakshi Temple than Viro’s 100 yr old Umbrella Guesthouse … it’s 5min walk & can see it from roof You need no other reason to stay as this is the only reason to visit Madurai… a very intense Tamil city like Chennai Room is very characterful in Arabesque style … this 100 yr old Mansion House was built by Viro’s Great Grandfather & u may be lucky enough to get a grand tour especially the roof for temple view Viro is super helpful & flexible host … checking me into a spare room when I arrived at 6am until my room became available at noon Viro is making continual improvements so the guest experience will only get better Highly memorable & Highly recommended

Prasanth is very responsive and polite host. He had made sure the check-in as well as all my queries are addressed. He suggested about local eateries, visit and also about my travel requirements. He was available at any moment. The property is your another house in Madurai, you can feel at home. As all the amenities for winter, summer. You will feel comfortable. I was also there for some work and preparation, there is a table for laptop work and studies. The place is walkable and has easy access to bus stop, autos and commute to any place in Madurai. It's quite locality and peaceful with trees and birds. Overall a great experience.

Had a good time staying at Saravana’s place in Madurai. Clean and the host and his family are very friendly and gave excellent suggestions for food and things to do. It’s in a beautiful neighbourhood and relatively easy to access the sights of the main city. Would recommend.

Luxurious Villa -in Madurai

This was the best Air BnB experience I've had in India...in fact the best I've had anywhere. The owners went above and beyond to make sure I was set up to enjoy myself not only at their Air BnB but also in Madurai. The stay itself was very spacious and had a North American-style interior design, which felt very familiar and comfortable to come back to at the end of the day. It also had a Washer and a Smart TV with streaming services which was an amazing bonus. Across the street had some great cafe and restaurant options and its located in a safe, higher income neighborhood. The owners had excellent, top notch communication and are sincerely good people. They made me feel comfortable and valued. I would definitely return and recommend this Air BnB.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! Mr. Meenakshi Sundaram is the best—thank you, sir, for being such a wonderful and supportive host. He was incredibly helpful throughout our visit, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location is unbeatable, close to everything we might need. The house itself is spotless, very clean and neat, which made it feel just like home. It’s perfect for families, with plenty of space. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
