There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom, kitchen, kitchen, living room and dining area. In the other part of the house, there is a large loft with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed. Direct access to the Limfjord with a bathing jetty 100 meters from the house. 600 meters walk along the fjord and you arrive at Thy Cablepark with fantastic facilities, where you can frolic on the water or enjoy a trip to the sauna. Also go on a fjord hike for a kilometer and arrive at Eshøj Plantage. The house is isolated on a dead-end road without traffic and noise. There is a gym in the basement and 4 rooms with beds and the possibility of extra beds.
