There's also mountain biking, cross-country skiing, backcountry skiing, alpine skiing, paddling, and fishing, all in one of the heart of the White Mountain National Forest. We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.
