I booked this place as I had to attend a wedding at a convention hall nearby. Used the place just to sleep in the night and get ready the next day for the event. The owner was extremely friendly and helped us with the check in. A good place. I would recommend this place.

This accommodation is very clean and comfortable, with minimalist and artistic touches, and every detail gives a sense of design.The room was spacious and bright and the bed was soft and comfortable, making it feel like a real getaway. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and helped to resolve any issues we had with our stay promptly and felt well looked after.The check in and check out was also very smooth and without any inconvenience. We had a wonderful stay at this massive house – an excellent spot for families looking to relax and enjoy a weekend away. The property is spacious throughout, with generously sized bedrooms that made everyone feel comfortable. The in-house catering was a great touch and added to the convenience of the stay. Property right next to boat house and overlooking with the Muthukadu lake. Serene settings . Perfect for weekend getaways with friends. Both Chennai city and Mahabalipuram are quite easily accessible. Host is super responsive

Second stay at Anbu's, could not complete the stay due to personal reasons. The stay was comfortable and felt right at home. One thing about staying at Anbu's is that he will go to great lengths to ensure your stay is utmost comfortable. He is a humble and friendly host. The property is exactly like the photos. The house is a standalone independent corner plot with a spacious veranda in front and a personal rooftop with sitting area where you can catch flights taking off from Chennai Airport at close glimpse while sipping tea. The kitchen is spacious and clean. Bathrooms are neat, western one is difficult for tall legged people. Bedrooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. You will find the fridge stashed with snacks and the house equipped with necessary things for many days to day activities. 3 study tables for everyone to use. Dining table is fairly sized too. The property is new and just like home. All the best to Anbu for his future endeavours. Hope to meet again soon.

We had a fantastic stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was very clean! The caretaker was also very helpful and accommodating. Overall it was a perfect stay for our family.

If you’re in Chennai I would definitely recommend you to stay in this air bnb as you do not have make any arrangements you can just bring your bags and voila everything will be organised by the host. There is a care taker arranged by the host to clean the place on alternative days so it’s very neatly maintained. The host is very polite, friendly and always a step away to answer all the queries. The best thing is host is flexible as per the customer’s requirements. As we entered the property we just felt like home. We thank the host for making all the arrangements as requested prior to our check in. Definitely worth the price and worth staying in this property and community.

Very spacious and Good Villa that can accommodate 8/10 people easily, convenient parking space, good privacy and fantastic balcony. Well maintained beds and linen. Bathroom maintained fairly well. Good support from maid. Decent utensils in kitchen and had induction stove. Fridge was good. Swimming pool was decent and clean. Good space for playing sport and indoor cricket pitch was good.

The host, Suren was very helpful and accommodative to our requests.. we had a pleasant stay especially our kids enjoyed the pool and the pets, especially Jenny. . The helper, Gandhi was very helpful, kind, & respectful. Definitely we will be staying here for our next holidays. Thank you, Suren for being a great host.

Arun was an amazing host! We had a great stay and he was super helpful whenever we needed anything. The space was clean and well-maintained, thanks to the regular visits from the maid. The only minor suggestion we have is that providing an iron box would be a nice touch, especially when the nearby ironing shop is not available. Nonetheless, everything else was perfect, and we'd definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks, Arun, for your hospitality!

Had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, well maintained, and perfect for a small private group. The location is right in the heart of Chennai, and the host was accommodating and responsive. Easily one of the best stays in Chennai. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed my stay at Fathima’s place. The neighbourhood is calm and has everything you need. Near a metro station, good restaurants and shops etc. Fathima was really helpful with anything I needed to know re the local community and travelling around etc. a perfect place to stay in Chennai for my needs. Also a cleaner came to clean everyday so the place was spotless throughout.

We had a very good stay at babus nest. It was quite close to most of the main areas and hospitals etc. Cooking amenities were spot on and we were able to cook, there was all necessary stuff including oil, salt etc. The house is well ventilated. Recommend for a short/long stay here.

I am writing this review mainly to commend Lenin. I have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years, but Lenin truly stood out as a host. From the moment we booked, he was supportive, approachable, and incredibly attuned to making sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. His attention to detail and genuine concern for the guest experience really set the tone for me and settled all concerns. It is the kind of care that makes you feel instantly welcome and at home. The place itself is quaint, peaceful, and spotless-perfect for relaxing and unwinding. But honestly, what made the experience exceptional was Lenin’s presence as a host. It’s one of those rare stays where you end up loving the place even more because of how well you are taken care of as a guest. I must mention that Jerald, the manager too was very responsive throughout. Highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again anytime that I am in Chennai.
