Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Thornton Heath

John is a great host and we enjoyed spending a little time with him once in awhile. The place was as described and a good starting off place each morning.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. La maison d'Eugénie a correspondu exactement à nos besoins: des chambres et salles de bain confortables, un emplacement paisible et verdoyant pour se reposer après une journée de shopping ou de visite, London Fiels à 2 pas pour son footing..... Quant à la décoration, il faudra la découvrir par vous-même ! Eugenie nous a également donné beaucoup de conseil pour découvrir les commerçants et restaurants de son quartier. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout tester. Dalston est à découvrir.

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Our family enjoyed our stay in London. Aneel did a great job communicating with us before and during the trip. This home was the perfect size for our family of 5. It had a nice gathering area on the main floor, and also had plenty of room for us to spread out. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but was still a close walk (less than 10 minutes) to the Burough and London Bridge train stations, which made it really easy to get around London quickly.

We had a fantastic stay at Little Lovelands. It was very easy to find and the location has local amenities nearby. The living room/ kitchen area provides a fantastic space for socialising. The garden is beautiful and private with a hot tub to enjoy. The cinema room is impressive! And it is great that all rooms have en suit bathrooms for privacy.

Debra’s place was perfect for my son and I in every way. In the photos, the flat looks very small, but it’s actually quite spacious and we were very comfortable! Check in and check out was seamless. The place is bright and clean and has all of the basic supplies that you need for your stay. Sitting area in the back garden was amazing full of beautiful flowers and birds everywhere. The price and location are optimal!!It was among the cheaper of many in the area and much nicer! It’s a very safe and convenient area. If you walk to the end of the street one way you’re at the train station with a quick 20 to 30 minute ride into central London. If you walk the other way, you’re at endless delicious restaurants, and the grocery store.I highly recommend Debra’s place to anyone visiting England! It’s just far enough outside of Central London to be very calm and peaceful and quiet. Hopefully I’ll have the opportunity to visit again one day!

Harriet’s place was just what we had hoped for as a family of 9. The kitchen was such a nice spot for the family to congregate and look out at the patio waiting for the morning fox visit who walked across the fence every morning. It was such a nice treat for us US based city dwellers. Highly recommend!

Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

Hugh and Sally are fantastic hosts – very attentive and responsive. The flat is lovely and has everything you need, including a washer-dryer, which was super convenient. It’s in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

This house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed at Battersea. It was very clean just like the pictures show. It had quite space for all of us easy to get in get out and also the subway underneath was very easy to access. Faisal was very helpful we would book again whenever we come to London thank you for everything.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.

Want a nice quiet spot in West London that's affordable? This is it. Always got peaceful nights sleep and it's easy to get to the underground or walks to Shepherd's Bush.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kristina. L'appartement était conforme à la description, très propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Pratique au niveau de la desserte des transports pour se rendre sur Londres. Merci pour votre accueil Kristina et d'avoir été réactive par rapport aux demandes. Notre séjour dans l'appartement d'Anton s'est passé à merveille ! Très facile d'échanger via la messagerie d'Airbnb et des instructions très claires envoyées via Whattsapp avant notre arrivée. L'appartement est spacieux, moderne, bien équipé et vraiment très propre. Dans un environnement calme et sécurisé et à deux pas de la station Clapham Junction qui permet des trajets directs jusqu'à l'aéroport de Gatwick et aux gares londoniennes. Je ne peux que recommander vivement ce logement !

Excellent apartment just off the beaten track. Very quiet even though it’s on ground floor. Exactly like the description. Free parking right outside the door after a certain time. Very good pubs/restaurants/supermarkets walking distance away. Would 100% recommend. We will be back.

We had a lovely time at this flat. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk to the tube, making it super convenient to explore the city and the area itself is great as well! We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Had a lovely time at Marcela's place, it was close to lots of things but also incredibly peaceful for some nice R&R!

Kostas’s apartment is absolutely top-rate on all key measures. Modern & stylish. Very well equipped with all of the essentials one needs when travelling or on holidays in London. Reassuring security system. And, so ideally located directly opposite Forest Hill Railway Station to connect with trains and buses to every part of London and beyond. Kostas is a very accessible host and easy to deal with when one needs information or has a problem. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, immensely.

Alex’s place was true to what it is. Good location with ASDA right by and lovely apartment with a beautiful garden. Very good value for money

An absolutely beautiful place, really well appointed and perfect for our needs. Just a short walk from the Academy, passing several good places to eat and drink along the way meant that our stay was top notch.
