We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time and would love to come back. Truly a 5-star stay in every way! Thanks Regards

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

chỗ ở dễ tìm nhưng do ở khu nhà chung nên không được cách âm tốt, nhà thoáng có nhiều cửa sổ đón nắng, ac chủ nhà dễ thương, phản hồi nhanh và xử lý hiệu quả khi tôi cần điều gì. khu nhà có vị trí hơi xa nếu đi từ trung tâm hcm nhưng giá rẻ và đầy đủ tiện nghi, tôi sẽ quay lại nếu muốn 1 chỗ ở cách xa thành phố

1층에 음식점들, 카페, 편의점들 있어 편리하고 위치도 좋습니다. 리모델링을해서 깨끗하고, 호스트의 의사소통도 빠르고 정확합니다. 체크아웃때 두고온 물건도 챙겨서 보내주는데 협조를 잘 해주었습니다. 다음 번 호치민 방문시 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

가족여행이었는데 정말 잘놀다가요 아쉬운건 인피니티풀이 공사중이라 못갔네요 1층수영장도괜찮았어요!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

I had a really relaxing stay at Tony and Bella’s apartment. The space was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The building itself felt upscale and secure, and the facilities like the pool and gym were a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well throughout the stay. The location was also really convenient. It was quiet and easy to unwind, but just a short Grab ride from District 1 so getting around was no problem. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Im Gebäude gibt es tolle Cafés, und die Kommunikation war stets schnell und freundlich. Kleine Hinweise: Zwei der vier Lampen funktionierten leider nicht, und das Sofa könnte eine Reinigung vertragen. Auch schade: Obwohl Hilfe beim Koffertragen zugesagt war (das Gebäude hat keinen Aufzug. Wohnung ist im 3. Geschoss) und ich meine Ankunft abgestimmt hatte, war letztlich niemand da.

Very nice stay and great host - location is great and allows for good access to the city. Easy check in and check out - host was always very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs we had. Would stay again - very nice experience and would recommend to others

We loved our stay at Mekong Lounge! The studio apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was clean and had a separate shower (not a wet one which was important to us)!! Water pressure is a little weak but nothing we couldn’t work with. Check in instructions included a video that made it super easy. Security was great as we were in a little communal area off the main road and the gates closed as night. Location was close to District 1 and so it was easy to get around via grab (5 minute ride or 15 minute walk but it’s really hot). Also super close to Com Tam Calamette which was our favourite meal during our time there!!! Overall we’d recommend :)

Great apartment in a bustling side of town. Location was great to get around to many areas of the city by foot. The apartment provided most of the things we needed like towels, shower gel, laundry detergent, hanger and drying hanger. We were glad we could do our laundry after traveling through 3 cities in Vietnam. Even though location is within the city, it's down an alley which makes it quite quiet from the noise from the city. Loved the projector too.

It’s a very cute and clean airbnb. The host is very friendly and responsive. The location is very close to all the attractions around Ho Chi Minh center. The place is a bit hot during the day. The AC took a while to cool down the room coz we went out for a whole day but it is not a big deal. One issue is the treads of the staircases are quite small and a bit slippery if your feet are wet. I think it’s better if we can add anti-slip taps/strips to improve the safety. I love the bathtub with the view but I didnt try it since I am worrying that people from outside can see us naked. There is a blind but well, I just wanted to have a bath while enjoying the view haha. Overall I would love to come back or recommend this place to everyone.

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Ruby’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Ruby was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near local shops and attractions. Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !
