We are also a nice walk away from Hillcrest Park which is an iconic lookout in TBay. Minutes away from the downtown district. There are multiple bus stops close by for your convenience.

Bright, Clean, high ceilings. Doesn’t feel like a basement at all. Separate entrance, parking on site, and shared laundry, new washer dryer July 2025. New flooring throughout February/23. Bedroom repainted March 25. Close to LU, Hospital, parks, restaurants, trails, shopping and downtown. New sofa and 55” Roku tv December 2025. Fiber internet. Smoking outside only. No pets permitted. No green space for pets. In a school zone, safe family neighborhood. Less than 5 min from 2 highway exits.
