Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50 m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are cozy 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. Shopping is available in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10-15 minutes, also by public transport.

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the amenity of being able to use both the swimming pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and ventilate your head. What to expect: -a cozy circus wagon -a sauna with wood heating - An outdoor shower, hot/cold - our cats will visit you;-) - Donkeys, chickens and sheep are also at home here (not during the alpine season) -2 older bikes are ready

Welcome to the small, fine studio overlooking the lake and in the wildly romantic garden, a few steps from the shore of Lake Constance with its inviting swimming spots. In the same house there is a flower shop with café, shopping, beach, train station and harbor are within walking distance and the lake bike path leads past the house. Two bikes are available to explore the beautiful area.

In the living room there is a large sofa bed for two persons. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. On the terrace and from inside the house you can wonderfully observe the landscape, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises. The property is in a very quiet location outside the village and is suitable for those seeking peace and quiet who like to be surrounded by nature.
