Everything was very nice, great building. !!! They just need to correct the GPS location they share for one to arrive

I felt at home; really very comfortable; I think there are minimal details that can be improved, for example, there are some kitchen utensils that already require replacement; add some kitchen scissors and personally, I have always preferred white sheets because they give a feeling of greater cleanliness, however, they are all minimal details but the property in general is very good and without hesitation I would return to stay there

This was a lovely stay in a luxury building with amenities. The shades are completely block out the sun.

The place is very beautiful ,modern and with all the amenities excellent pillows very riiicas the pool, the fields gym td we loved... stop the opportunity we will repeat again.....

that place is great, there is a mini model of the community near the restaurant that will show how it will look in the future. it will be even better. the convenience if the restaurant below, romantic areas, kid friendly spaces, dog friendly spaces makes this place a mini resort. that buildings architecture is the culmination of everything I've learned in school. in that respect I truly enjoyed it. the owner was very nice, communicative, and accommodating. couldn't ask for anything more. I definitely Will come back.

I had a fantastic month-long stay at Jorge’s place—an ideal setup for remote work! The apartment was clean, spacious, and filled with natural light, with beautiful views that made even workdays more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was a cute coworking space in the building with coffee available, which made for a perfect change of scenery when I needed it. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet—great for focusing—and there’s a convenience store just up the hill for any essentials. Jorge was a standout host: responsive, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re a remote worker looking for a calm, comfortable space with all the right amenities, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Mauricio's apartment is extremely comfortable, spacious, bright and cool. My family and I had a very pleasant time. Mauricio's care and support made everything easier. We'd love to stay again.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Francisco for the hospitality he provided us. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccable everything was: each space was perfectly equipped and extremely clean. The green areas are beautiful, well maintained, and convey an indescribable peace. In addition, his attention was exceptional, always attentive to our messages and willing to help, a place that exceeds expectations.

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

We loved this place! By far the best bang for our buck. Definitely looking forward to booking with Zaida again. Thank you!

I've been in this apartment from January to June (with only one month in between), so that already says a lot: if I stayed that long, it's because it's wonderful. The place is impeccable, one of the best apartments that can be rented in the area. Ideal for one or two people, very comfortable, perfectly equipped and well organized. Mario, the host, has always been attentive, decisive and attentive to any detail. Communication has been excellent from day one. I would repeat without hesitation!

This place was spectacular. Everything was as described. The pool was beautiful and not overcrowded no matter what time of day. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a good meal even though there is multiple restaurants across the street so you probably won't cook much lol. Silvia was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay at one of her properties again.

Accommodation with great location to get around Heredia. Very spacious and with the necessary conditions to have a good stay. Recommended. Host is attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries.

Mainor was super nice to us, we arrived with 5 young people and he offered to be our adoptive dad so I think we got along well. He even offered us a bottle and suggested activities, I really recommend it! Thank you so much for this stay!!!

The best place we've visited in SJ! The place was clean when we arrived. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking is ideal in these rainy seasons. The place is perfectly equipped. Having 1 and 1/2 bathrooms is super convenient. It will definitely become our #1 in East SJ.

Great place to stay .

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Excellent host, and one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in!! Very well decorated and sure made you feel the luxury component that this place offers. Directly around the corner from the unit is common area with conference rooms , gym, and an elegant lap pool backed by a forested setting! Highly recommended option!!
