Beautiful environment, comfortable accommodations, rooms with air-conditioning working perfectly, sheets, pillows and towels available in each room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, pots, plates and cutlery. The only thing that was disappointing was the jacuzzi that didn't work, the bathroom shower that wouldn't stop dripping, the intercom that didn't work and the handrail of the stairs that gives access to the jacuzzi was broken.

Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

Extremely spacious and cozy place! Super close to the center, just need to go down and up a slope. Extremely quiet environment, top leisure area! I believe that the elderly and the disabled will have difficulties in accessing it. But other than that, I recommend it 100%

The place is amazing. Without a doubt, when I return to Pipa, I will return to Martin's accommodation. The apartment is even better than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and very well equipped. The location is unbeatable: close to Praia do Amor, the area is very quiet and a 10-minute walk from the center of Pipa. Special mention for the host Ulf, he was always very attentive and helpful. Viviane was a great host, from when I made the reservation, until my departure from the chalet, everything was very impeccable, very polite staff, markets and beach nearby, you don't need to use a car for anything.. A beautiful pool, a quiet and calm place for a family rest. The honesty of the staff is also a 1000, I forgot an item in the cottage, the employee contacted me to return it. It was worth every moment in this cottage. Congratulations on the organization. I'll definitely be back.

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. We had a lovely stay in the rain season with Vanessa. It was very quiet for this town and was a little oasis with a private zoo ;-)

The house is amazing and very cozy. Everything I'd expected. It has lots of space, it was clean, full of trees, it was great for children and grown-ups. The location is perfect, the house itself is very private and, at the same time, is located at the heart of Pipa. Also, Cecilia and William were very helpful and easy-going, always answering all of my questions and being supportive. Just one thing that could be improved: if the house had an external horizontal freezer. As we had lots of meat, fish and beverages, the refrigerator was not enough, so we had to rely on coolers and had to keep buying ice. But I couldn't recommend the place more, me and my family loved it. I hope I can come back sometime.

I really liked the house, the location and especially the service from Kaliane and Múcia. We will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing place.

Great location, I already knew the region, it's close to everything. Next to the beach, restaurants, snack bars, you do practically everything on foot, within a radius of 1 km you have it all!! About Flat: spacious apt, powerful shower. Pool leisure area very good!! You can see a good part of the beach. In the building itself is possible to have coffee and lunch, there is an option right in front of the condominium.

It is a nice and quiet place to relax! The staff is open-minded, helpful and very friendly! …….I'd love to come back!

For those who have access to the village of Pipa without needing to use a car, all accessible by pe, excellent hotel structure, with very good breakfast, with a fair price even for those who are not using the hotel.
