The apartment is very comfortable and nice, the heating is excellent. Very comfortable beds. It has everything you need. The location is a little far away, but if you have a vehicle, there's no problem. We had a problem, but they solved it very quickly. They were flexible with the check-in time, we were able to arrive later. Highly recommended.

It's always a bit uncertain when an Air B and B is new and doesn't have any reviews, but this one looked good so we went for it - and we're so glad we did! This place was absolutely fantastic! Firstly, the host was super responsive, friendly and accommodating to our needs. It's attached to a bakery shop who are the owners and there's secure gated parking for our motorcycles right outside our room. The accomodation has everything we needed, was super warm and toasty, fast WiFi, amazing hot shower, clean, comfy bed, kitchen etc. Highly recommended! We loved our stay! Thank you :)

The place is as it says in the description, relatively close to the center, the area is very quiet

Maria Angélica's attention is quite good, she contacted me at all times (since we booked). In general they are very attentive, every question or request was 100% willing to help us. The cottage is small but cozy. My only recommendation, would be to add more kitchen utensils, like toaster and a stick spoon.

A good stay, the place is quite pleasant, everything is very homey, I definitely recommend it, Don Edmundo is very kind and attentive to answer any questions, you can get to the center comfortably on foot, the waterfront is steps from the house.

Alejandro was friendly and very helpful. He offered many local tips including parking in the downtown, shopping for grocery and fruits etc.

The cabin had everything you need, a well-equipped kitchen. It is more cozy than what you see in the photos. Very good location. Very quiet and private. Thank you very much Hector, it was a pleasant stay.

The place was as described and provided a good place to base ourselves for our 2 days in Punta Arenas. Short walk into the main town. Communication was good throughout.

Sandro and his son are great hosts - both are super friendly and very helpful. At the check in Sandros son gave us good recommendations for the area. After the check out Sandro texted me that I forgot something, but I was already on the bus. So he even packaged it for me and sent it to Puerto Natales, where I could pick it up on the same day. Generally the apartment has everything you need and is very close to the center. It’s a safe area even at night with restaurants and shops in short walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying there and hope to come back someday!
