The entire infrastructure will be for the exclusive use of the guest throughout the stay: barbecue, swimming pool, spa, sauna, etc., with all the privacy you deserve. Quality Wi-Fi, perfect for those looking to escape the routine and work from a Home Office. Automation with Alexa for air-conditioning, projector, lights, etc. The space is located in the city of Itupeva, 60 minutes from the capital of São Paulo.

House with 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and another bedroom with 2 single mattresses, entire house in rustic industrial style, swimming pool, gourmet area with barbecue, solid wood table for 8 people, close to the Praça da Árvore metro station (600 meters), laundry and market exactly in front of the house, quiet neighborhood with everything close by. The entire house is prepared for home office, with Wi-Fi throughout the residence.
