It is a modern cabin located in the Delta on the Sarmiento River and Espera River, with a maximum capacity for 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room that transforms into two single beds, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a large living room, deck, wifi (not suitable for streaming or meetings), outdoor grill, garden. The property is 45 meters above the Sarmiento River. There are two decks over the river and a private dock for the occupants of the property to get on and off the property.

On the ground floor, a spacious place with a ping pong table and toilet. The first floor has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and excellent views, a dining room, a laundry room, a kitchen and a toilet. Second floor 4 bedrooms one en suite with jacuzzi and Scottish shower, another full bathroom with small jacuzzi. Third floor SUM with balcony.
