We're very close to the beach. One block from supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, etc. Even the beach is a block and a half away. New building with 2 Garages, 2 elevators, building with only 17 floors and 2 apartments per floor. Fully equipped apartment, and you will receive a super clean and sanitized apartment. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. We have the suites with 9,000-btu A/C and 12,000-btu in the living room. The new OPorto pier is very close, which will have 28 stores in the sea, with Hard Rock Café, an excellent place for Happy hour.

Cozy beachfront, on the beach block, 60 meters from the sand. Easily accessible condominium, no stairs, with elevator and internal garage. Smart lock – self check-in. Close to Pier O Porto, with the Hard Rock Café and several restaurants. Super spacious, nicely decorated and airy, close to markets, restaurants, pharmacies, bars, a church, and various shops. We have 1 en-suite bedroom and 2 bedrooms with a shared guest bathroom, an integrated living room and kitchen, and a large balcony. Beach kit available.
