There are various of walking distance amenities such as HappyMart, 7-11, Clinic, Pharmacy, Launderette and mini market. Caltex petrol station is less than 1 min drive. You can park 2 cars on the car porch and 1-2 cars in front of the house.

The unit is very spacious as it takes up the entire floor with its own private kitchenette, dinning space and bathroom. This entire floor is fitted with pre loved curiosities, found in the vicinity of penang. Please take notice it’s on the first floor with no lift.

Welcome to our family owned, renovated and run historical home. A 100 year shophouse where your “entire area” is the top floor of our 3-story shophouse in the heart of Georgetown. Meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed.
