Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tilburg

We felt very comfortable. Everything was as described. The communication was good and the location of the house was perfect for us.

Bright and airy place with nice furnishings and very relaxing couch. We were there for a week of family visits and it was a great place to relax and regroup. The outdoor area is very cosy and a nice place to relax, even in the rain you are dry there. The host lend us some bikes to get around until we could get our rented ebikes. It is very easy to get everywhere on a bike as none of the distances are big and there are many bike paths. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely want to stay there again on another faimily visit

Rarely did I stay in a beautiful home like Jeroen's. It is a beautiful, spacious townhouse in central Tilburg. The decor is very tasteful, the rooms spacious, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom is beautiful! The contact with Jeroen is pleasant and confident; all the instructions you need to know how everything works are ready on the kitchen table. This house and Jeroen is exactly what Airbnb should be: personal, an actual house of someone and not a business, a good place for a good price. I can highly recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful home, easily one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at. Within walking distance of the centrum and there was always parking available right outside the front door. Sam is super responsive and was very flexible with us making a very last minute reservation. Highly recommend.

Cindy's house is absolutely beautiful and just around the corner from Efteling so really convenient for us! We had everything we needed and Cindy was very helpful. Her two cats are gorgeous and so friendly too, always a bonus!

We had an excellent stay at Mariëlle's place which felt like home for us for the time. it was very cozy to sit at the breakfast table in the mornings and in the living room in the evenings. Everything was clean and just as described. Mariëlle was also very helpful and responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would book this Airbnb again at any time.

We had a very pleasant stay with the five of us. The house is very spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We were also surprised with a nice welcome gift. We definitely recommend this home!

This house is so convenient to downtown Tilburg and very cozy, as described. It is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and full kitchen. The keyless entry was really convenient and Alessandro and Giulia were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! There are two steep staircases to move between floors that had great lighting and handrails, and they had thought of many other touches to make our stay comfortable. Recommended!

The contact was very kind. Eline was always easily accessible and the apartment had an optimal location for us, close to MindLabs and City on the one hand, and close to campus to the other. The Spoorpark right behind is also very nice!

We loved staying in Ingrid's place. She was fantastic in accommodating us last minute and with a flexible early check in to boot. As I needed to be on wifi for work this was just a lifesaver. The place was lovely, really cosy and there was even a little sign with a chalk board outside with our name on it which was such a welcoming touch. And my boyfriend loved his little bottle of red wine that she kindly left for us. We only stayed for one night, as that's all we needed, but had lovely chats with Ingrid and her husband and I enjoyed getting to know her dogs and cat. There were so hospitable, kind and charming. We even got introduced to their pig.! The surrounding area was lovely and just beautiful. It certainly was a hidden gym and myself and my boyfriend are talking about staying there again in September. Thank you Ingrid for such a beautiful stay.

Great stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and everything was easy to access.

Lucienne welcomed us very kindly. We lacked nothing in the accommodation, especially not beautiful toys for our youngest fellow travelers, who were also very happy about the two cuddly toys in the crib. We had a nice stay and only regret that the weather was not good enough for a longer stay in the beautiful garden.

We had a lovely stay in this stylish and beautifully decorated apartment. I stayed with my two children, and we all felt right at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed—including tea and coffee for the machine, which was a thoughtful touch. There was even a delicious cake waiting for us in the fridge (though it didn’t last long!). The beds were super comfortable, and the showers were excellent. The stairs gave us a bit of a workout, but it added to the charm and character of the place. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Grave, a picturesque town with beautiful views of the Maas River. Highly recommend this place for a cosy, comfortable, and well-located stay—thank you for a great experience!

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

I was looking for a place for my friend where we could have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything within walking or cycling distance. We would be happy to come back again 😍

A great place with amazing hosts who also run the delicious restaurant below. The place really feels like home and is well equipped for the great stay. The location could not be better: everything you need within walking distance. I stay in Breda once or twice a year and definitely will come back!

A warm welcome, a nice room (the blue one) a wonderful bathroom and a beautiful environment where you can eat and drink on both sides of the water. In short, a must.

We had a great stay in the light, spacious and well-equipped apartment. It was always a pleasure getting back to a comfortable bed after a long day in the city and it was really nice to have a balcony. It was remarkably quiet for a city apartment.

Veroniques apartment was perfect for us. Alot of space for us four to sit together or to have some private space for each one separately. Maybe not the cosiest but super practical equipped with everything you need. Veronique is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She gave us a warm welcome and she is always avaliable and reday to answer questions. Wonderful!
