A newly converted, modern space within the grounds of my home. The views over the garden and Wych valley provide the perfect rural retreat, especially with our donkeys close by! There are 2 bedrooms both of which have zip & link beds so can either be a super king size or single bed configurations. Both have their own shower rooms. The shared driveway is secured with electric gates. We are located in stunning countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire & Wales, just a mile off the A41.

Our coach house is the perfect hideaway, full of history and original features and modern luxuries! There’s an original tack room with writing on the walls dated 1900s, winding staircase to the 1st floor- superking bedroom, shower room and living/diner with toaster, crockery, tea making facilities. Wem town is a 5 minute walk- pubs, cafes, takeaways, restaurants and shops, train station is 2 minutes, and walking- we’re by the Shropshire way so plenty of long walks! Note-stairs are steep!

The Eaves at Eastwick is a newly renovated, self-contained flat on the first floor of a converted cow shed. It is located next to our traditional farmhouse in peaceful countryside on the English/Welsh border. Only 2 miles from Iscoyd Park, also close to Combermere Abbey and Peckforton Castle making it ideal accommodation for wedding guests. It also makes an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside. Easy access to Whitchurch (3 miles) Malpas (5 miles) Chester & Shewsbury (20 miles)

The property is a renovated clockmaker's cottage with plenty of original features. It is set in a rural location, situated amongst dairy farms. Popular accommodation for holiday makers and for attending local weddings; particularly at Iscoyd Park, Hawkstone Hall, Pimmhill Barn, Grange Barn, Cholmondley and many more in Shropshire, South Cheshire and over the border in to Wales. "The Den" is a recently refurbished ground floor self contained guest suite with views of our garden. A great base for exploring local towns and countryside with two village pubs within short walking distances and many dining options in local towns. For walkers Whitchurch is the start (or end!) of The Sandstone Trail, a 35km path between Whitchurch and Frodsham.
