The barnbrook house was lovely, private and rustic. It had everything our family needed as a base to explore VT/NH. The mountain views are sublime and the house is tucked away offering a lot of privacy. As far as amenities, we loved the toy chest, darts board, and den. There’s plenty of space for a family and Dana stocked up the kitchen with coffee and tea. If you need to be in Hanover for events, this location is a 45 minute drive so keep that in mind when planning.

This place is beautiful! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like home. We loved it so much we can’t wait to go back in the winter. Everything you need was there. Everything was so clean, spotless. Loved the huge kitchen island. Great for a crowd to eat or play games. we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for a night. Thank you for hosting!

this home was beautiful, charming, and unique combining the convenience of modern comforts with the charm of old New England history. the 3 bedrooms were all very spacious with king beds and TVs! The decor is colorful, artistically intriguing and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting NH.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very quiet, beautiful light at dawn and dusk with open views. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is really easy to cook in. We felt right at home!

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

One of the few airbnbs where the Airbnb is actually nicer than the pictures make it out to be. Very spacious, cozy basement apartment with all the necessities. Great location, close to plenty of trails and a few breweries. We brought our pup who loved the easily accessible dirt roads from the house. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but Laurie leaves you plenty of fire wood.

This apartment was a great space to stay in! Very roomy, very clean, very well designed space. Very close to all things in Concord - a great city. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare a basic supper.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

The accommodations was really nicely done. You can tell Robert is handy with all the woodwork that has been done inside. The place is nice and clean and very cozy. It was really peaceful there. The book they left on the bed gave you complete instructions and recommendations for things to do and places to eat which is nice. We came up for a wedding at Owls Nest which was only 10 minutes away which was nice. They also let us book the air bnb for only the one night which was great! The barn was nice. There are horses on the property too. I love the little tractor lawn decoration. The shower had really good water pressure which I appreciate. We would definitely stay there again. The price was very reasonable.

What an Absolute Blessing finding this perfect piece of paradise - So beautifully decorated with every comfort provided. Cozy and quiet, just what were looking for !! Sipping on our morning coffee being visited by two cheerful chipmunks a couple of chubby squirrels and a colorful blue Jay was an extra delight ... The detail and all your special touches made our trip complete. The fresh-cut flowers in every room made me smile every time I saw them! The special touches, the unexpected breakfast, to the snacks. The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Rick's place was exactly the kinda of peaceful getaway that we were looking for. There is so much to do in the area you can't do it all in one stay. We can't wait to come back and stay again. He was very understanding for the need of my wife's service dog and there were no issues all weekend! If you're looking for a nice stress free getaway and deal with a host who knows his stuff, is responsive, and understanding then all you need to book with Rick!

Meagan was very informative and on point. The condo and facilities were better than description. We'd definitely recommend to friends and family. We'll definitely be back.

The place was great. Quiet with beautiful views. Lots of games which was helpful because it rained a lot during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Host was very helpful and kind. The woman that cleaned the pool was also very sweet. My 8 year old was itching to swim in the freezing pool when it wasn’t quite ready and she offered to come to our room and let us know when she was done. Thank you for having us!

This has become our favorite place to stay! Excellent host. Beautiful location and amenities. Clean as can be. Absolutely no complaints - highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful condo in the perfect location! We loved everything about it! Perfectly clean and had everything we needed and more (comfortable beds, pool, pickle ball, beautiful grounds, extremely clean, perfectly decorated for comfort, etc…). Could not have been better! Looking forward to our next stay here! Also, very friendly and responsive host. We literally said “wow” when we saw it! Very highly recommend!
