Locuinta este recent renovata si dispune de elctrocasnice noi ( microunde, aparat de cafea, plita pe gaz, frigider, aspirator, fier de calcat, uscator de par).

O plimbare usoara de 10 minute va aduce acolo, fiind locul perfect pentru a savura un ceai, o cafea sau un Aperol la numeroasele terase. Unul dintre cele mai populare locuri de shopping din oras, Iulius Mall, se afla la 1.2km si poate fi ajuns dupa o scurta plimbare.
