You are renting a piece of “Iowa Nice”, please read my reviews, the entire Lower level but must pass through my area to go down stairs. I greet every guest so it is IMPORTANT to let me know your arrival time. IowaNice is a real thing not just a saying. I will be happy to cook Iowa home style meals for you, just let me know ahead of time. Also available for child care and dog sitting. Long term guest can have laundry done. I want you to know what small town Iowa is like.

The Country Escape

Country setting located just 2 miles W of Leon and less than a mile from Little River Lake. This newly remodeled house features a spacious, full kitchen, dining area with a 10 person farmhouse table, living room with 3 full couches , one of which doubles as a queen size bed. There is a smart TV. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Spacious patio with dining furniture. There is a circle drive to accommodate boat/trailer parking.

Armstrong Guest House

Palmers Hideaway

Our smaller unit is like a hotel room. It has a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. You have your own small kitchen. A patio in the front that over looks the back yard and the burn pit. The small bathroom has a fabulous shower and plenty of hot water. Stocked with fluffy towels and comfy bedding this place is truly a hideaway. The kitchenette has a microwave, nice slice fridge and plenty of other kitchen utensils and dishes.

The Cozy Cottage

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.
