Holiday rentals with a patio in Tingloy

Sir Ted is very hospitable. He is very friendly and considerate. It felt peaceful throughout our entire stay. Me and my friend were telling him that we will eventually come back if ever we’re going to Batangas next time. The place was surrounded by trees with fruits. It’s spacious and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place. The amenities are complete and you can’t go wrong with anything.

This place is very nice. I love the spacious room and the balcony with a view of the sea. And Helen's family is lovely and kind. They treat me like a family and I love them. I have been to the Philippines many times, but this place is so special to me.

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

Super remote and relaxing. Signal is weak and wifi is a bit slow. if you really want to unwind. It’s the perfect place. Too bad hours of stay was 20hrs only and we had to check-in super late at night. The beach is not your usual sand beach. It’s a rocky beach so dont expect any sand but water is super cold and nice. Overall i would go back to the place just to unwind. The owners are super kind and super accommodating too.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ruth and her husband's place in Matabungkay, Batangas. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome. They were there to personally greet us, give us a tour of the property, and walk us through everything we’d need to enjoy our stay comfortably. Throughout the weekend, they remained attentive and thoughtful — always available if we had any questions and offering fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and provided tremendous value. It had everything we needed and more, making it a perfect getaway spot. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I will gladly stay here again any time we return to Matabungkay. Ruth and her husband are truly top-notch hosts. Thank you for a great stay!

great view, quite and private. The only mistake I made was leaving. I traveled to another island and I immediately regretted it. I am going right back, going to try and book a month stay here again.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Thanks Joey and rest of the team! Hello also to Ayesha- the beautiful baby girl!

Great place! The exclusivity of the place gave my family our much needed vacay break. Awesome amenities as well!

We had an 18-day stay at the house, and it was exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The location is very accessible, with dining options nearby. The owner was courteous and easy to communicate with. Overall, the place deserves a 5-star rating.

The short stay was great. We were able to relax in Ellen’s place after a hectic get together with family in the area. Clean. Airconditioning was on point especially in Batangas😊

A few php more than others in Botangas City but the location and neighborhood are worth it, combined with the amenities and convenience of the hotel right next door.
