Stazzu iris

A characteristic Sardinian stazzo finished with fine materials, equipped with all the comforts. It has a beautiful view of Lake Liscia and a large green space for spending days relaxing. It is ideal for those who go fishing or practice sports such as canoeing and surfing. A few kilometers away is the thousand-year-old olive tree S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. You can go hiking on the Limbara massif at 1360 meters. 10 km away is Calangianus with its renowned cork museum and the tombs of the giants of Pascaredda.

It is a beautifully situated holiday villa, perched on a hillside 80 meters above sea level, offering a 180-degree sea view from its spacious sun deck and nestled amidst rocky terrain and Mediterranean vegetation. Sea views from every room, direct access to the terraces. A communal pool with breathtaking views of the sea—along with the nearby "Li Cossi" sandy beach (a 15-minute walk away)—complete the experience

Villetta Granito

On the first row by the sea, the Granito villa enjoys an excellent location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where there are markets, bars, restaurants and small shops. The living room divided into two rooms, an area with the dining table and one with the sofa and the TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. . Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. Core renovation summer 2020; Completion of the new pool: May 2021.

Sa Domo Isola Rossa

Overlooking the sea, the studio apartment Sa Domo Isola Rossa in Trinità d'Agultu impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 35 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine. This property features a private outdoor space with a garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. The property is located close to the beach.

The house is located in the countryside, 10 minutes from the nearest town of Trinità d'Agultu and 10 minutes from the main beaches of Isola Rossa and Marinedda, suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). The house is part of a two-family home, each of the two has its own private outdoor space. Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning/Heat Pump only in the living area. N/B: Bed and bath linens not included, available on request for a fee.

Casa Ichnusa

Casa Ichnusa is a charming single-family holiday home located overlooking the sea in the bay of sunsets. It offers every kind of comfort and is the ideal choice for those looking for a quiet stay in the heart of nature, feeling like on a ship in the middle of the sea, and with all the services nearby. The sandy beach is 700 meters away. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. I will add photos of reviews when managed by another Host.

Fantastic beaches such as Li Cossi (5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot), La Marinedda (Isola Rossa) or Cala Sarraina (20 minutes by car) are in the immediate vicinity. Near the villa there are many leisure activities – also for families. Sailing and surfing can be done in Isola Rossa or Santa Teresa di Gallura, a diving base and boat rental are located directly in Costa Paradiso.
