Rocky Valley towards the sea and Bossiney Cove (ideal beach for swimming) are just 30 minutes walk away and you can't leave without having a drink at The Port William, Trebarwith Strand with it's sea views Also nearby is Port Isaac, Rock, Bude and Bodmin moor.

Carpenters Cottage is a peaceful, and comfortable hideaway between Tintagel and Boscastle. The cottage is fully equipped for self catering and is perfect for anyone who loves to be near the sea and is particularly good for walkers. There is off road parking for one car and lovely walks straight from the cottage to the South West Coast Path. There are plenty of places to eat locally. Our beautiful bespoke shepherd's hut, The Idle Hour, enjoys a stunning location overlooking the North Cornish coast with panoramic sea views from Trebarwith to Tintagel church. Close to beautiful beaches, the SW Coast Path and only a few minutes drive from Tintagel Village. Get away from it all, going back to basics but with a few luxuries such as an ensuite bathroom (shower), 100% cotton bedding and kitchenette. You will have your own private garden area with fire pit and campfire BBQ.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

A light and airy common area has bay doors that open onto a patio sun-trap where you can enjoy a sundowner or three after a day of surf, sand and cliff walks. It's a perfect coastal bolthole for a romantic getaway or as a base to explore the cliffs, coves and castles of North Cornwall and 5 mins from the South West Coast path.

The Laos hut which is a traditional design from the far East is built on stilts to give the shepherds a good view of their flock it also has an amazing panoramic view of the sea and coast it is totally private in its own enclosed field and just 2 fields away from the coastal path between Trebarwith and Port Isaac.direct access to Tregardock beach The hut has a small double bed a wood stove and solar lights. no Tv no internet A seperate hut has the shower wc basin and camp kitchen.

The loft

Wake up to wide sea views across the coastline towards the legendary castle island. The Loft is a peaceful, romantic retreat for two with its own private path leading directly down to the South West Coast Path and the beach below. Tucked away above the cliffs yet only a short walk from the village, it’s the perfect place for coastal walks, sunsets over the Atlantic and quiet mornings watching the sea. Many guests tell us the view alone makes them never want to leave.

Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.
