It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Rest in the King and Queen beds, ensuring a good night's sleep after your adventures. 3 miles from Wellsboro, you're poised to explore the wonders of the PA Grand Canyon and Pine Creek Rail Trail as well as the festivals and amenities that the town has to offer. Pet fee is non-refundable + $150, added to reservation after booking.

Aspen Rental is located at 2460 Rt 6 Gaines PA  16921.  This rental was remodeled in December 2022.  All new furniture in every room, new paint, bathroom and kitchen.  Aspen Rental sleeps 4 guests comfortably.  Open living space with two private bedrooms, one bath and an open concept living and kitchen area.  First floor unit with stand up shower and ramp to the front door.  This unit has 36'' doors from outside and inside.
