Holiday rentals with beach access in Tiranë

We felt very comfortable in the apartment of Aurel and Maria. The apartment has generous amenities and is as described in the pictures. The path to the beach was within minutes and restaurants, bars and markets for shopping nearby. There was also a pharmacy in the area. 100% recommended!

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

This was the nicest place we've been in whole Albania. It's so nicely arranged, the kitches has good equipment, two bathrooms ... what more one may want? It's around 2km to the main promenade, but beach is very close, in walkabke distance. We stayed just for one night and it was so nice stay we would always return back.

Absolutely great! We had an amazing time at this beach Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand — very convenient also for a family with young kids. Enjoying morning coffee or glass of wine on the patio added to this experience. Our host was great, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From helpful local tips to little touches around the home that made our stay extra comfortable, they went above and beyond. The sea view it was just stunning. The location couldn’t asked for a better one. Spotless apartment. We stayed for 6 days with easy access to any amenities. The host Roland, waiting for us nearly an hour prior to check-in as our plane was delayed and still made us feel very welcomed and assisted us with the luggage’s. Definitely going back in September. Our trip brings us for the second time Albania , and it is without hesitation that we opted again for Durrës to make the first stop (1 month). For having experienced the kindness of the Albanians, the good overall quality of the internet network, and the long walks in nature, it was obvious to get away from the noisy city center to try the adventure at Tea's in Hamallaj. And we weren't disappointed. It's actually a single storey house that has 2 large apartments, with a fenced garden. A location 500m from the beach, good WiFi connection, a really complete equipped kitchen, small shops in the neighborhood ( including a 3-minute walk that accepts Paiments en CB), Snack, Barbier, tooling store, 24/7 tobacco shop... And it seems that it slowly continues to develop, all within a radius of less than1 km. We'll definitely be back for a stop when we leave for the Adriatic! Thanks Tea:)

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

This is a beautiful studio and my stay was very comfortable. Great communication and very responsive. The close proximity of restaurants and stores made it perfect!

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The beach and the sea is great for swimming and they are located right outside the apartment. There are so many nice restaurants in the promenade, and one would never go short of choices. The area is family oriented safe. There is very limited space in the street for parking. So, it is a plus that the apartment has a parking garage. However, one has to be a very skilled and confident driver to take the car down the steep entrance and take it out. The help of another person is needed when taking out the car from the car park to ensure that the road is free of any traffic. Overall, it is a great apartment. We had a good time enjoying the sea, the lovely restaurants and the comfortable apartment.

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Durrës was just perfect! The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Martin’s apartment was a perfect spot to explore the south part of Durres Beach. Supermarket right across the street, 3 short blocks to the beach, 2 blocks from the bus stop to take you up to Durres proper. Very comfortable bed, serviceable kitchen, bright bathroom. He was very responsive with any issue that came up. A good value- I recommend it!
