Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

It was my personal care, as an architect, to renovate this apartment so that the guest can experience the true spirit of Marina di Pisa, taking care of the furnishings, and all the finishes. The apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with large terrace, kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms and bathroom. Possibility to park the car inside the condominium courtyard, without paying for parking on the street.

The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden loft with a single bed.

"Casa Made in Story" is a large modern house with an independent entrance and 300 square meters of garden. It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and has 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. Depending on guests' needs, you can have 3 double beds. To these it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping bed and a Montessorian bed (for children from 1 to 3 years old).

Casa Dimitri is a 22 square metre mini flat perfect for a single person or a couple. The flat is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Livorno, the San Jacopo district. Its privileged location allows both to enjoy the seafront and the Terrazza Mascagni, which are just a stone's throw away, and to be able to comfortably reach the city centre on foot. And just 200 metres away is the historic Bagni Pancaldi, to enjoy a nice dip in the sea!
