Andy’s place was a perfect stay for a vacation getaway. He was very responsive, and his unit was true to the pictures. I would highly recommend this home for a future stay.

We enjoyed our stay on Sea St. The place was the perfect size for my wife and I. The bed was very comfortable (and my wife can be picky about her mattress and pillows. We were there after pool season, but the pool and patio looked like a nice space. Krsana was very responsive and helpful. Great host. Great visit.

Heathers condo was great and so close to ocean / beach. Would love to stay again during the summer to enjoy all it has to offer.

Sharon was a great host. she was responsive and friendly. She left a personalized list of suggested places to visit and there were fresh flowers in every room! The condo was the perfect size and had all the necessary amenities. Location could not have been better. Super close to beaches, a small market, and good food (Royal II, yum!!).

Great location right in Maushop. 2 min walk to the private beach and quick walk to Poppy marketplace. It was a perfect spot for my family and small children. Linens and towels were provided.

We needed to stay close by for a funeral and Jenny & Ania’s spot was just what we needed. We had a very easy check-in, the place was spotless, and was very cozy for our needs. There was a perfectly convenient shopping area with restaurants less than .2 miles away which was great as we got in late. Our only regret is not having time to try the pool! Thanks so much Jenny and Ania.

Jenny and Ania's place was lovely, in a beautiful location. Just steps from the ocean. Very easy check in and check out, friendly hosts, and the place had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time, and would stay at this place again.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the bedroom was absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend this place!

Nice host great stay comfortable place Just had some loud upstairs neighbors at 5am then after 8pm Also you could hear the upstairs folks walking and talking .. not Much installation between the spaces But it was comfortable and close to inkwell

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Phil's place is ideally located in New Bedford for beautiful walks along the pier and throughout the downtown historic district. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. The crows nest offers the best views of the downtown! Phil was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get checked in and out.

This place was amazing, it was clean and just a 4 min drive from the ferry and all the shops. Only thing is the internet wasn’t the greatest and I had to use up my hotspot at my cost

Place was immaculate, if I was in the market, I’d definitely consider buying in this community. Although there was only one assigned parking spot, parking was not an issue for our 2nd car.

Amazing stay. Didn’t have to get an Uber once, everything was walkable. Brian communicated consistently.

The Island Inn was beautiful and they were amazing hosts. Very accommodating.

The studio was very clean and the amenities were good. The location was nice and the surroundings of the property were very nice.

Very pleasant stay! Nice value, size and layout for our family of 5 (3 young kids). 2nd floor unit, accessible via stairs. Area is quiet and secluded, but very close to everything you would want to do in and around Falmouth (drive times: ~8 mins to downtown area, 7-15 mins to nice beaches, 7-10 mins to parking/shuttle for Martha’s Vineyard ferries, ~20 mins to Woods Hole). Kitchen is well appointed—we cooked half of our week’s meals. Community pool was well maintained, has deep end down to ~8ft and shallow at 3ft, and has ample tables/umbrellas/loungers. Very friendly neighbors and very responsive/gracious hosts. Would stay again!

Paula had the perfect spot for a mini escape. My girls had a blast at the pool and enjoyed having their own bedroom and three bathrooms to choose from. We had epic sushi and breakfast down the street at Anne and Frans Kitchen ...which was amazing!!

Luisa was very responsive to any questions we had. Her place is cute and cozy, very quiet, but everything we wanted to do was close by.

We drove from Maryland up to the Cape, through lots of traffic. The host was great and responsive, suggesting great places for dinner. Our week was just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the days and the bikes were a great way to explore the neighborhood. We really hope to return, just so much more we wanted to do.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Great unit! Had everything we needed for a weekend stay, close to Vineyard Haven and the ferry. Unit was clean and Matthew was very easy to communicate with! Would stay again!
