Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tláhuac

Thank you very much to the hosts. Definitely if a commitment arises in the area, they will be my first choice of accommodation.

This apartment has a great location in Coyoacan, less than a block from the main plaza. It's well stocked for everything although we never actually cooked. It was clean and easy to check in and Elisa was really responsive. To note it's not in a loud area but the front bedroom is right on the street so regular sounds like people walking by or cars can be a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay. We actually left another Airbnb that had some issues. We were traveling with our toddler and they assisted us with an easy transition, same day booking, and early check in. The property is very clean. We loved all of the windows and the balcony. Great views from the balcony, it does get a little loud with the street below but we resolved that with some ear plugs from the 24hr high end grocery store across the street. Water stayed hot. They offer free washer and dryers and provided soap which was a great bonus. Plenty of food options and parks nearby. Loved the soap choices in the shower and the window in the shower was also great. Mexico City always feels safe but having the 24hr security guard is an extra step of service that’s always welcomed. Thank you so much we look forward to returning.

Was a great stay and great location!

Our hosts were exceptional. They were very quick to respond and when a section of the neighborhood experienced a power outage. They were proactive by making sure that we had a place to stay if the power company couldn’t restore power. They went above and beyond our expectations and relocated us to an outstanding home that had even more amenities. We felt spoiled. Maria and her team are excellent. We even booked our next trip in January at one of the properties managed by them.

Everything was excellent. The place was clean, well located and as shown in the photos. Very good experience. Recommended.

The apartment was in a great location - right near good bars and restaurants, the metro, etc. The security in the building was top notch, it felt very safe and secure. As for the apartment itself, it looked exactly like it did in the photos. A perfect layout for a loft, and the view of the city/mountains was incredible. Lastly, the apartment was extremely clean. Overall a 10/10 stay!

We had a short stay but it was very pleasant, the house corresponds to the description and we found everything clean and in order. the location is perfect there are many local shops.

I admit I had my doubts at first, but at the end the place really IMPRESSED me. It is a very large place, many areas where you can spend your time. It has several amenities for entertaining. The rooms are very homely, comfortable and with a very nice view. The host was always attentive to my questions and was very clear in their responses. I would definitely come back to this place.

The space was great and spacious just like that picture description, there's two rooms, one with two single beds and one with a full size bed. The kitchen is a great size, they have items if you want to take just a need to replenish. It was exactly what we needed, the right space and location. Once inside the house, there are clear instructions everywhere -what to do with the lights; what to do for the TV; the trash; dirty towels. Can't miss them, making it great reminders before leaving/check-out. Guess restroom -hot water correctly labeled and hot water comes out fast Master restroom -hot water not labeled correctly and takes a bit for the hot water...but not a big issue. If anything, there was a lot of dust and dirt but windows are kept open for air circulation. There is no central air or mini split for air-conditioning, just ceiling fan and natural air flow with window open.

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! My son and I had a wonderful stay at Randy’s place! The house was clean and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining area, and comfortable beds. We had all the space we needed, and more—it could easily comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. The neighborhood felt safe and was reasonably quiet for a big city. There is a large supermarket and a pharmacy just a couple of blocks away, and the center of Coyoacán is an easy 20 minute walk through peaceful tree-lined streets flanked on either side by beautiful homes. Randy and his father-in-law, Pablo, were kind, warm, welcoming, and responsive hosts, very attentive to our needs, and provided some thoughtful tips for local restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here! The place is very affordable and perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable, no-frills spot while traveling. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water, which was a huge plus. The small kitchen had all the essentials we needed to prepare simple, healthy meals. There’s a shopping center just a 5-minute drive away with lots of stores and dining options, which was super convenient. Security was friendly and helpful—we felt completely safe the entire time. Overall, a solid choice for a budget-friendly, practical stay!

Great stay and had everything we needed! The apartment is well located close to restaurants and shops, very walkable. The place is spacious and comfortable, comfy bed. Alex was awesome, super responsive and even offered to move the tv into the living room (from bedroom) for us as that suited us better. We'd definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend Begoña's apartment. She was always very kind, friendly and always attentive to the stay, making sure I felt comfortable and that nothing was missing. The apartment has a prime location, many shopping centers nearby, restaurants, accessible for walking. It was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities described in the ad. I would definitely stay there again.

Felipe was a delight to communicate with. He was on top of everything, kind, helpful, and so quick to respond. His apartment is also great - fully equipped, beautiful, and in a fabulous location. The parks are right nearby, as are great restaurants, and public transportation. We had a wonderful time there - and hope we will be able to return before too long.
