Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tlatempa

Everything is very good. The cottage is nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Instructions are clsras and the host shows up all the time

A very nice place, it is wider than the photos, the two bedrooms are very comfortable and the jacuzzi works very well. The kitchen has many utensils for whatever is needed. As a recommendation, fans are missing as our stay was too hot.

We booked this place for one night for me and four other family members, and it was perfect for our stay! The home was beautiful, very clean, and surprisingly spacious. We also appreciated the small selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase in the kitchen—just be sure to bring some spare change to leave in the little wooden payment box on the counter. Don’t be discouraged if your GPS takes you through a dirt road or a rough-looking neighborhood—the property itself is lovely once you arrive. The only thing we weren’t thrilled about was the smell and condition of the towels, as they seemed a bit old and had a strange odor. Still, that was a minor issue and wouldn’t stop us from booking this place again. We really enjoyed our one-night stay and would definitely come back!

Very cozy place, clean, they were always available if we needed something and it's close to downtown.

It was a trip of 6 friends and David's accommodation was perfect for us, each bedroom with its own bathroom, towels, very comfortable and clean bed. The kitchen is a common area and they left us coffee, tea and water as a courtesy, which was excellent. It has a living room outside where you can live. Our car was a large van and fit very well in the assigned space. Each room has its own TV, fast WIFI. He left us a list of recommendations for places to eat, we were delighted with "Casa Lucila" for breakfast, a very good suggestion. He gave us the opportunity to leave a little later than the schedule, which we greatly appreciate. I highly recommend David's house, we hope to return someday.

Excellent host, he was always attentive in addition to the fact that the house is very well located a few minutes from downtown walking, it has everything you need, clean, tidy and with sufficient amenities to have a good trip with friends or family, just the wifi fails a little but we were warned of that only inconvenience

The house is super comfortable, warm, in a quiet place, the views are incredible, and the host is super attentive, without a doubt a good place

Excellent place. I thought it was a relaxed and very spacious place for my family and we all liked the communication and the accommodation. We felt at home

Ivan is always attentive and available, he made us feel comfortable. Comfortable and safe accommodation, the only downside would be that it is on 1 level and the stairs are a little tricky. Parking is ample and at night it is a bit noisy for shops around the night. Overall fine and it's close to the Zócalo.

Angel is very nice and responsive, always willing to help and to provide us with sightseeing recommendations. The loft is very nice, only the pots and kitchen items were a bit old, but overall it was clean. The view was amazing and the terrace was pretty cool! The only con that this place has is that its located on a very steep hill. If you are by foot, take into account that you always have to walk a steep hill up for the last 3 minutes. Besides this the place was amazing, and the view again, totally worthyyyy

the place is beautiful, quiet, they are all very friendly.

The accommodation is not centrally located, however if you have a car you can access between 5-10 min, it is located on the road and has its own parking. The room with the fireplace gives a picturesque touch to the room, there is hot water but as soon as it ends you have to wait a few minutes for the boiler to come back on and be able to bathe with hot water again. It doesn't have any kitchen utensils for a microwave.
