Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Sherita is an amazing person and so friendly to talk to. My husband and I enjoyed our evening talks with the host and watching her care for all of the barn animals from the horses to the chickens and goats and cats and dogs. she recommended nice morning walks to see the sunset and trails leading to creeks. our stay was quiet and restful in a truly beautiful environment. each morning before we went out she had hot water and coffee ready along with cream and even offered us fresh eggs from the hens. if you are looking for a country stay where you can relax under the stars BBQ and feel at Home while seeing the great outdoors we highly recommend Sheritas place as it is a true hidden gem.

The bus was so adorable & they were very accommodating! We had some issues with the WiFi & they were responsive & sent someone out to check it the next day! The bus was stocked with dishes, bedding, games, firewood—anything you might need for a nice little getaway!

This was our second stay in 6 months. We will definitely stay here every time we are in Conway. The Green Cottage is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and close to the colleges and town. Sandra is an exceptional host. She provides excellent recommendations and supplies the Green Cottage with extras to make your stay enjoyable.
