This is an old private house that was renovated by a family.Children are very welcome!! ️You can rent the entire building for 3 nights or more.There is a 15% to 20% discount for stays of 7 nights or more. In Hokkaido, an accommodation tax has been charged since April 2026.Please pay 100 yen per person and one night at check-out.(1,500 yen for 3 nights for 5 people) A private house 3 minutes on foot from the north exit of JR Toubetsu Station.Please stay with your family or group (up to 5 people). There is a popular izakaya called "Koineko Hi" across the street, which is recommended for dinner. Around the station, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and you can also source ingredients. There is also a free laundry machine which we can recommend for longer business trips or trips. We have a lot of toys available.The bathroom is bright and not scary. A kitchen car serving delicious coffee may come to the parking lot. In winter, it is a 3-minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop to Ishikari Plain Ski Resort.(Runs until mid January) In about 20 minutes.It takes about 10 minutes by car.Please also use it for ski training camps. We accept large families displaced by fires, earthquake disasters, etc.6 or 7 people can live there right away. We provide assistance with food items such as rice.Please contact us.

Mochi's house

A house in Boku, Atsuta Ward, Ishikari City. There is parking space for 5-6 cars on the large property. You can't see the sea directly from the room, but Jet Beach is right behind it. Use it as a leisure base or relay point. About 35 km from Sapporo Station (about 50 minutes by car) ■ 4 guest rooms, living room, dining room, washroom, bath, toilet (flush) ■ 300m to convenience store (about 4 minutes) 6 am - 10 pm ■ 14.6 km to Banya no Yu (about 16 minutes by car) ■ The base price is for 1-3 people. 　For 4 or more people, it will be 3,000 yen per person. ■ Preschool children sleeping with parents are free. ■ About amenities Face and bath towels are provided for the number of guests. ■ There is no air conditioner. The air is clear, the morning sun is comfortable, and the starry sky on a sunny day is very beautiful.
