Luxury rentals in Todi

It was a true pleasure to stay at this villa. Carlotta was a gracious host and the staff at the Estate were super responsive and very helpful. The place is absolutely beautiful!

It was our very first time in Italy and a short stay too but we absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind , helpful and responsive. The apartment was fab, clean with everything you needed provided. The best part of it all was the view which left you feeling breathless. The apartment has a real sense of tranquility within itself. We chose to go on the tour of the Vineyard which was extremely informative and educational. My children aged 15 and 11 also took part and found it interesting. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to return again.

From the moment you drive through the gates and see the meticulously maintained gardens and majestic views, you are transported to the magical experience that is Villa Justina! The host has anticipated every request a guest may have and offers a luxury and stylish getaway. Our 3 generation family savored every moment and appreciated the care and attention to this beautiful property we gratefully were stewards of for a week. The kitchen and entertainment supplies were plentiful for our family that loves to cook. Plenty of space to either come together or enjoy separate quiet time. VJ has helpful support as you need from housekeeping, local expert for excursion planning, and chefs. Already looking forward to when we will return - we will be back!

Amazing, incredible, peaceful, words can’t describe how unique this place is. Made even more so by the exceptional service before and during our stay. A truly magical stay. We came to celebrate our wedding with 25 friends and family, renting both the castle and Tower. Before our stay Zenaide organized so many things for us, transfers, trips to Florence and Rome, catering, cooking classes and an amazing truffle hunt in the magnificent grounds. Nothing was too much trouble and she is an amazing host. Marcella provided a wonderful greeting and was there every day to help and support us, even ringing in pizza orders to compensate for our lack of Italian. All the rooms are lovely, with air con in every space and great places to relax quietly if you want some peace. We also found we cycled through the multiple spaces; pool, back patio, courtyard through the day with the full group. Each giving a different but very relaxing feel. We heard the Tower is going to be redeveloped into luxury suites over the winter 2022/23 and august am sure it will be of the same magnificent standard as the castle, but with the added advantage of the views across the valley, as the tower is a little further up the hill than the castle. Overall, a magical place made spectacular by the service and attention to detail. Can’t wait to go back!

We were a large group of people, and stayed for a week. We brought our own staff, and booked a separate villa for them, which was available on the property, and made everything much easier. The communication between the owner and us was amazing, same goes for Veronica, the person in charge of communication at the property. She went out of her way, to make sure we had the best at stay possible, and helped out with a lot of extras. Every one of the guests was amazed by the condition, interior, cleanliness, and amenities of the villa. Would recommend 10/10 times, - we had an amazing stay. Thank you so much for having us.

The tower is spectacular: a 12th-century structure restored with labor and love, with beautiful art and furniture. On a hilltop among vineyards and olive groves and fields of sunflowers, with a view across valleys to Todi, other hilltop towns, and mountains. And Raffaella was wonderful. I hope to go back. Which is to say: this place will stay with me.

Poggio Mori has to be seen to be believed. It is truly spectacular. The pictures make it look good, but the reality is something entirely better even than that. We visited with friends and family, and could not have had a better time. Wow.

We were a group of 8 people and each of us immediately fell in love with the property. The house has a huge garden, large pool and lounge area where the sunset can be seen comfortably and relaxed with a glass of wine. The kitchen is generously equipped, excellent for cooking. Our highlight was the charcoal grill. The rooms are very nice, clean and well maintained. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation, enjoyed it a lot. We will definitely come back :-)

Words cannot begin to describe this place. It is truly a hidden gem that is truly spectacular. Enzo and his staff are amazing people who make your stay memorable and special. We cannot wait to return.
