Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Toggenburg District

We were able to spend super nice days at Manuela's cottage for the second time. Everything was perfect again. The large garden was a highlight for young and old to play, discover or relax. We really appreciated the many toys for the kids. The house is also very lovingly furnished. Thank you very much dear Manuela.

We had a great time staying at Jeannine’s. The house is very cozy and the view around the house is beautiful. Jeannine is very responsive and gave us clear instructions.

We found everything super well: well-stocked kitchen and everything available in the bathroom such as towels, shower gel and hair dryer, bed covered with fresh linens; small veranda with garden furniture and gas grill for dinner; short distances to the train station and bus stop despite being close to the center very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay in the very well-equipped house. The sauna and the cooling pool were especially nice.

Is an unforgettable experience for all of us. We live in a city, having cows just outside the house is so special experience.

The place was as described and very clean. There was everything you need and we felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed the time in Urnäsch very much, the house had everything we needed, practically and yet lovingly furnished and very clean. The location is quiet and yet within a short walking distance to the train station (and to the Gelateria!) and is therefore extremely well suited as a starting point for various hikes, especially in the area of the Schwägalp and into the Toggenburg - and on every hill there is a tavern, perfect! Martin is a beautiful host, and his communication is great. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, and he filled it with nice treats for breakfast. His communication was always helpful and made everything easy. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Krinau! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome (despite the fact that we arrived way too early…). Fritz and Ruth are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were allowed to take a look at the dairy farm, which was very nice. The apartment is comfortable, sparkling clean and cozy, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The view of the mountains is truly breathtaking - waking up every morning with such a view and the ringing of cowbells is a gift! The children (4 and 6 years old) had a great time. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, peaceful Swiss experience. Thank you for the warm welcome and the pleasant stay – we would love to come back!

It was an uncomplicated stay and we liked it. The apartment is in a beautiful location, which was worth it. Marianne is very nice and quick to reach with questions or concerns.

We were already completely out of the house on the driveway up the mountain, the name Panorama Blick has rightly earned this impeccable accommodation, the pictures do not reflect the approach again how dreamlike it looks in real! We will miss the view and hospitality of the family very much. Our little one will miss the fact that we were allowed to swing the play equipment and use the slide! Thanks for this great stay

Beautiful little apartment from which you can walk to everything important in Herisau. The amenities were great and nothing was missing. Parking spot outside the house is great.

The house is small, cozy, well furnished and very clean. Beautiful view from the window and being under the roof was romantic and magical. The house is a 5-minute walk from the ski school and the slopes of Wildhaus.

Susanne is very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The apartment is very well decorated, with a balanced contrast of modern and old. Unlike other comments, the church bells located opposite did not bother us! Recommended for discovering this part of the Appenzell canton. Thank you for everything.

Spacious cottage for 5 people. everything was present. we had a very pleasant week in this beautiful cottage! with beautiful views of the mountains.

Large apartment that is well furnished with a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The neighbourhood is also very quiet - all we could hear were birds chirping. We also appreciated the clear instructions given by Raphael and Dianna. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Appenzell region!

The apartment was ideal for us as a family of four. Sandra and her family are great hosts and very helpful. We felt totally comfortable in the apartment. It was a successful vacation, also thanks to the beautiful apartment and our hosts.

The Airbnb of Peter and Maria is beautiful and very clean and tidy. But not only is the apartment nice, also the seating outside, the garden, the forecourt with fountain and bench. Everything is in good condition and the amenities are great. We lacked nothing in the kitchen, there was everything from the frying pan to the paring knife, the egg cups, bowls and spices. The kids were of course most happy about the toys/playroom. Peter and Maria are incredibly sweet and accommodating, they spoiled us and the children. They are open, helpful and talkative without being intrusive. The location is great, but we arrived by car, which makes it easy. Several hiking trails pass immediately beside the apartment and the Neckertal is really pretty. Shopping is not good in Dicken itself, so we drove to Degersheim. The restaurants are great - but you should definitely check the opening hours beforehand :-)
