[✨ Room Features] It’s an older building, but the interior has been renovated and is kept very clean. The staircase to the 3rd floor is narrow due to the age of the building, but a handrail is installed for safety. [📶 Wi-Fi] High-speed fixed Wi-Fi is free during your stay. If you connect your device with a LAN cable, you can use ultra-fast internet up to 10 Gbps. [Layout] 1K, 28 m² [Capacity] Up to 4 guests (two semi-double beds) 1–2 guests: very comfortable. 3–4 guests: comfortable with small children; may feel tight if all guests are adults. [Interior] Furniture and bedding were newly purchased in July 2025. [⏰ Check-in / Check-out] Check-in: from 4:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM Early/late check-in may be possible—please ask in advance.
