The owner loves making miso, fermentation, and cooking. He lives with his two daughters and seven chickens, enjoying seasonal manual work such as pruning plum trees and picking wild herbs. It is recommended for those who want to relax in nature, those who want to enjoy a nature experience with their family, and those who want to enjoy rural life in an old traditional house and encounter the unique culture and people of the area. Accommodation includes a Japanese breakfast made with seasonal organic vegetables and homemade miso, soy sauce, and koji seasoning. Dinner (1,800 yen per person, reservation required) is also available. We also cater to those with allergies, vegetarians, and vegans. In addition to miso making, fermented food preparation, and seasonal handicraft experiences (reservation required), we also offer feeding the chickens, egg collection, and introductions to our favorite places in the area and indigo dyeing experiences.
