Condo holiday rentals in Tokyo Bay

We are very happy to have stayed in the department of Akiko! Not only were his instructions clear, the house was shiny but he also gave us several recommendations. It's the perfect apartment and very quiet after a day of a lot of walking to get around the city. We definitely want to go back!

This was my first time visiting Japan, and I stayed here for 2 weeks, it was a great experience! The location of this Airbnb is amazing, just a 2-minute walk to Korea Town and about 5 minutes to the heart of Shinjuku (Kabukicho). Train stations are nearby in every direction, making it super easy to get around Tokyo. There are restaurants and shops everywhere, so it’s a very convenient area to stay in. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The air conditioning kept the place comfortable, and the hot water had strong pressure, perfect after a long day exploring. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located spot in Tokyo!

Clean and Safe place. Very near the train, and a lot of restaurants and convenience store in the area. It's our first time in Japan and we did not had any hard time going to places. Miyuki is kind and always responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay here! It’s about 15 mins walk from ikebukuro station, slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood also felt safe for girls. There are also family mart and lawson nearby. Overall really convenient and space was really big for Tokyo standards

Fantastic place in a good location. It was very refreshing to stay here after being in various smaller places as this place is quite big! The place is well set up and is very convenient! Han is such a super helpful host!

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

It was cheap, there was a sea in the back, and pets were great!

Clean and spacious, unexpectedly very quiet too. Many things to do around the area. Jeffrey is kind and responsive host. Will definitely recommend it for stay in Yokohama.

The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with supplies; Quiet environment, about 10 minutes walk to Hikifune Station or Oshiage Station

Adeyto was lovely and extremely attentive to all my needs. The place itself was so well cared for that I hardly needed anything extra. There are beautiful paths lined with flowers and trees that lead to the beach, and walking to the supermarket along these scenic routes and the shore—about 15 minutes on foot—was a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway outside of Tokyo, I highly recommend this space!

Miao is really responsive and helpful. She helps provide useful information about surroundings and recommend restaurants/ drug store and etcs. The location is close to train and easy to go anywhere. The room is just remodeled so everything is so clean and nice. The warm water came out so quick and beddings/towel are so clean and homey. I really enjoy the stay here. Highly recommend.

The room is cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. It would have been a bit too tight for 2 people to stay in long, but since we were gone from 9:30 am to 11 pm every day it was not a problem. The instructions given are very helpful and easy to follow since everything in the room is written in Japanese. The frequently mentioned bakery is fantastic and contributed to both our breakfast and lunch. but the are closed sun, mon, and tues. I wish we could have patronized some of the other local eateries but not even the coffee shop was open before we headed out for the day. Although it is near a metro stop(8 min away) we often ended up walking home from the shinjuku main station about 20 min away since it didn't seem to save a lot of time. I would advise you not to bring a lot of luggage as space is precious. Our top open suitcase did not fit under the bed and so took up a lot of precious floor space.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.

The area is wonderful for those who need an immediate access to the train station as well as nearby access to bank/atms, grocery store, and convenience stores to do quick errands! The host was kind and gave clear instructions on how to check out and check in as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
