You will get a close-up view of the process of making the noodles and preparing the soup, with explanations from the makers. After that, it's time to make your own bowl. You will decide the firmness of the noodles, the richness of the flavor, and the amount of oil to your liking, and learn how to assemble homemade ramen by doing it yourself. Finally, while enjoying the freshly made ramen, you will recall the stories you heard in the back of the restaurant. In about two hours, ramen changes from something you eat to something you make.
