Located at the foot of the Dunes near the university, the beautifully wooded and furnished residence will allow you to discover the captivating charms of this small oasis. Composed of 12 independent villas but arranged in the American style without a fence, the residence is secured by a stacked limestone fence, 24-hour security, connected to the electrical network (buried wires) and supplied with water by its own water table. Charming villa on 700 m2 plot, stone and precious wood materials.
