Apartamentul este situat chiar in centrul orașului , la 2-3 min de mers pe jos de turnul lui Stefan cel Mare , la 3-4 minute de mers pe jos de gara și stația de telegondola Situat la etajul trei al unei clădiri pitorești , oferă o panorama deosebita asupra munților din împrejurul orașului .
