My girlfriend and I had a truly lovely stay at this B&B. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the space was maintained with great care—the place was absolutely pristine. The amenities were thoughtful and well-appointed, making the entire stay feel effortless and comfortable. We especially appreciated the privacy of the location—it felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away just enough to disconnect while still being accessible. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us, even setting aside a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. Communication was excellent throughout—responsive, clear, and genuinely warm. Every interaction felt intentional, with attention to detail that made us feel welcome and valued. Highly recommended for couples looking for a quiet, intimate escape with top-tier hospitality.

We had a great stay while in town for a family wedding. The house had everything we needed for our family, which included two toddlers and a dog. The deck was a great feature and they even had extras for pets (like a dog bed) at the home. Would recommend!

Ryan’s place was so peaceful. Our family had plenty of room and enjoyed hanging out in the house and at the fire pit. The lake is beautiful. We loved having access to the kayaks. The backyard is huge and I wish we would have used it more.

The location was perfect with only a short drive to UConn, and there was a great playground minutes away for my young daughter. Lots of good food nearby! Jamie was very helpful and responsive, and also flexible when it came to checkout and our plans got delayed. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great place. We were in town for a couple of days with our dogs (all the way from Alabama) and the neighborhood was perfect for dog walking and getting some rest. The place was pristine and and the host was excellent. We somehow got ourselves locked out one day and he got over within 10 minutes to help us get in. Will definitely stay here again!

Needed a last minute place to stay for a few days, Jason’s place worked wonderfully for what we needed. Fast and responsive communications helped lots for us. Overall, very positive experience.

The house has absolutely everything you need: a fully equipped, beautiful kitchen perfect for sharing meals, a huge and stunning garden that’s ideal for relaxing or grilling on the barbecue, and plenty of cozy beds that made everyone feel comfortable and at home. Nancy, thank you so much for letting us celebrate such a meaningful moment — both my law school graduation and my father’s (who graduated at 61!) — under your roof. It was a milestone we’ll never forget, made even more special by your kindness. We will definitely be back. ❤️

We booked this place to be close the the festival downtown and it was. 1.3 miles or 25 minutes walk. Perfect for us. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Shower is a little small but ok. King bed is very comfortable. Yummy welcome treats on the table was a nice touch. Keurig pods and maker available for your pleasure. Well lit and very secure. Felt safe at all times. Great place to book if you need to stay in this area.

Viktoriya’s place was a perfect place for a quick stay! Lots of windows to open for a breeze to come in to cool down the place! Viktoriya was very responsive and flexible. My flight landed at 1 and she let me check in early, free of charge! I’ll be back in Hartford this time next year and I would come back here!

Heather as always is the perfect host. She replinished supplies and changed sheets . I was there longer than my other visits. The space is back from the road and attached to her home,so it was quiet most of the time. School buses going to a nearby school could be heard briefly in the morning..around 7. I loved the paint colors ..new this time.

Alice’s place was great! We’ll be back again for sure.

I had a wonderful three day stay at Courtney‘s historical Ensign- Bickford house apartment in the heart of downtown Simsbury. Walking distance to the flower Bridge, where I enjoyed coffee with the sunrise each morning of my stay! Apartment was lovely, clean, and Courtney was a very responsive host. Little details and amenities in the apartment, such as the delicious coffee, snacks, and seltzer water were a pleasant surprise! I am looking forward to staying again sometime soon in the future!

Place was very nice and as described! It even felt more spacious than the pictures showed. You could definitely hear neighbors/people outside talking but that's to be expected. Putting on white noise at night worked perfectly to drown out any voices so it really wasn't an issue.

Our stay was peaceful located in a great place , the home its self was perfect if we come back next year we will book this place again

We loved our stay at Obi’s apartment in Hartford. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Street parking was easy. Obi is a great host! We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
