Idyll in Roztocze — Sopot House

We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Atrium Manor

The manor house is located among endless fields and forests. The area is absolutely quiet, we have no neighbors, and the only sounds you will hear are crickets, the sound of the forest and birds singing. The manor house has an area of about 230m2 and is located on a huge plot with walking areas and a gorge. The building has 4 rooms with private bathrooms with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living room with an area of 76m2, a height of over 4.5m and 11 large windows overlooking the forest and fields.

Green house is located in the heart of Roztocze. Located 1.5 km from the city centre, it is a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the summer, our tourists relax on the lagoon and actively use the available hiking and cycling trails as well as many attractions. In winter, they ski on the ski slopes. A great starting point for sightseeing. One of our main assets is the proximity of nature. Staying with us will help you recharge your batteries and make you come home with a smile:)

Blueberry Hill Cottage

The over 100-year-old cottage is located on a spacious plot next to a young blueberry plantation. The vicinity of forests and the Wieprza valley gives this place a unique atmosphere and at the same time offers the opportunity to relax in the bosom of nature. In our Chalet, we provide guests with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on the ground floor, two mezzanines, a shared living room and two bathrooms. Outdoors, you can use the terrace, a campfire, and on a rainy day, a covered gazebo with a gas grill.

Sielsko

Away from the asphalt, the hustle and bustle of cars, the daily grind and duties. "Sielsko" is a place where you can listen to the singing of the forest, watch nature, relax, stop rushing and just be. The picturesque, nearly 100-year-old cottage is located in the beautiful forests of Lipsko Polesie, in Roztocze (between Zamość and Krasnobród). The cottage stands on a half-hectare, fenced, densely wooded plot. The asphalt and civilization are 2 km away by forest road. This is a place for an urban detox!

The neighborhood is very quiet, but nearby there is no shortage of attractions such as very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with a beach, canoeing From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the valley of the river Wieprz, which flows directly by the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Wild animals, such as deer and squirrels, are frequent guests in the area. Forest in the distance of 100 m.

The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.
