We enjoyed here a full month in May 2025. Strong points: - First of all, the apartment was CLEAN. I confess my wife is a cleanliness freak, she had very minor objections regarding the cleanliness. This is really rare for her! - The owners were very receptive to all our requests. - The apartment is very big. It can easily accommodate 2 families with kids (middle bedroom is equipped for children), if they can manage the usage of the only bathroom. However, the shower and the toilet are each isolated in it's own space, meaning that shower, toilet and sink can be used by 3 persons in the same time. - A beautiful beach is 200 mtrs away. - Bus stop at 100 mtrs. - A restaurant just across the street, fair cooking and prices. Weak points: - Hot water is produced by solar panels. Next morning after a cloudy day the water may be not hot enough. - The location is in an quite isolated neighbourhood, so if you are a fan of nightlife (not our case, however) you must rent a car or use a taxi.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est d’une beauté incroyable, identique aux photos. La propreté était impeccable et le confort était maximale. Nous étions extrêmement bien situés pour pouvoir profité des différentes activités de l’île. Les propriétaires sont très bienveillants et très accueillants! Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Port-Louis. Le logement est grand et très propre. La vue du toit est magnifique, surtout la nuit pour voir les étoiles. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, malgré notre arrivée en avance. 😅 Et les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Le Caudan est accessible à pied en 10/15 minutes donc très pratique. Un super séjour !

Anne et Dom sont de très bons hôtes, sympathiques et accessibles, répondent très vite aux questions ou demandes. Le logement est très spacieux et très bien décoré, nous avons logé à 3, mon conjoint, ma fille de 2ans et moi-même pendant 3 nuits. La terrasse avec le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. la cuisine est fonctionnelle. tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi 😊.

We had a wonderful stay at this property managed by Elliott!!! The view is amazing and the penthouse is spacious and truly pleasant for family holidays. We appreciated the flexibility with check in as we arrived later than planned and Elliott was waiting for us with a big smile, despite the delay. Highly appreciated!

It has been 20 years since I was in Mauritius for a holiday ! The island has changed a lot including the holiday homes ! This apartment felt like an extra special treat for my son and I. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Opening the curtains to a beautiful sea view was an amazing way to start the day ! With lots of activities near by and places to eat ! I would absolutely stay here again ! We didn’t feel like we were missing anything and were quite sad to leave. If you want to visit the north of the island this is a great place to be !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed – the thoughtful little gift and delicious snacks were such a kind and personal touch. The space itself was not only clean and beautifully arranged, but also full of warmth and charm, making it so easy to feel right at home. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available if I had any questions. That genuine care and attention made all the difference. I’m truly grateful for the experience and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

The apartment was really great! The location in Black River (west of Mauritius) is perfect for excursions and daily supply (supermarket, restaurants, boulangerie etc.) is just around the corner. The apartment complex is very nice, clean, safe and well maintained. The pool and the lookout from there on black River Bay and Le Mourne is tremendously great - not only for sunsets. The apartment itself doesn’t lack anything. It was perfectly clean, felt very nice, private and welcome to be inside of it and the balcony is great to enjoy your food or just to relax. It’s in our opinion of a perfect size for four people (family) and the available utensils/ items in the kitchen are well thought-through. Priscilla is a wonderful host with a perfect balance of being very helpful, friendly and reliable without forcing you to anything. We would definitely recommend the apartment as we experienced it.

Der Bungalow ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Das Holzhaus ist wertig und reduziert aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Veranda mit Blick in den Garten ist ein echtes Highlight. Man ist in der Natur, mit allem drum und dran. Der Blick ist wirklich traumhaft. Der sehr nahe Strand hat uns nicht besonders gefallen, auch wenn es für die Kinder spannend war die Flugzeuge zu beobachten. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Le Morne, die Südküste, Chamarel und den Nationalpark. Die Kommunikation mit Olivier war einfach. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern da, deshalb ein besonderer Blick: das Holz knarzt ganz schön, auch die Türen. Für geräuschempfindliche Kinder abends/ nachts schwierig. Außerdem sind Hunde auf dem Grundstück, die sehr lieb sind und uns meist nicht beachtet haben. Dennoch nicht jedermanns Sache.

logement agréable. le seul bémole la route assez dangereuse pour sortir et la plage difficilement accessible à pied car pas de trottoir pour aller à la plage de la cuvette.

michel est un hôte agréable , discret et serviable très réactif et de bon conseil il nous a réservé toutes nos excursions jusqu a la réservation au restaurant, le taxi et la voiture de location. Le logement propre et confortable et correspondant exactement au descriptif. je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passez un agréable moment pendant deux semaines dans cette villa conforme aux photos et à la description. Ravin est un hôte accueillant et arrangeant, merci à lui.

Arnaud a été très accueillant et réactif à nos questions. La villa est identique aux photos, et elle se situe juste à côté de la plage donc c’est parfait !

Zona tranquilla ma comoda ai servizi e alla meravigliosa spiaggia di mont choisy distante 10 min. a piedi. Fermata dell'autobus per tutte le altre destinazioni a 100 m. Appartamento spazioso con ampia terrazza meravigliosamente sfruttabile sia di giorno che di sera, cucina attrezzata di tutto punto con piccoli elettrodomestici a disposizione e generi di prima necessità disponibili come zucchero, caffè, sale ,pepe,olio. Camere climatizzate spaziose con letti comodi e bagno enorme con doccia e vasca idromassaggio con shampoo, balsamo e sapone a disposizione. Lavatrice con relativo detersivo utilissima per chi, come noi, ha soggiornato per un lungo periodo. Il vero PLUS però riguarda i proprietari, Radha e Michael, davvero disponibili e comunque discreti sempre pronti ad assisterti ad ogni piccola richiesta di aiuto. Da grandi viaggiatori possiamo affermare che non abbiamo mai trovato degli host così attenti all'ospite . ULTRA CONSIGLIATO

je suis arrivée à 23h au lieu de 8h du matin parce que ma compagnie aérienne avait plusieurs vols retardés et Jacqueline a été très accueillante allant jusqu'à me faire une soupe pour m'aider à me remettre de mes émotions. du coup la grippe que j'avais attrapé 10 jours plus tôt est revenue et Jacqueline m'a appelé un médecin. c'est une femme très sympathique à l'écoute et aux petits soin pour ses client. l'appartement est tel que présenté sur le photos et très propre. et ce qui est génial c'est qu'il y a 200 mètres de la mer, tout ça pour un tarif très abordable. Je recommande vraiment l'appartement de Jacqueline et moi-même j'y retournerai dès l'année prochaine

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 10 jours à Maurice dans le logement de Diana et Ghislain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les lieux : la décoration est très raffinée dans les moindres détails (les chapeaux accrochés aux murs dans la salle de bain, les tableaux colorés, et les petites fleurs posées délicatement dans la sdb à notre arrivée 😍), les pièces sont spacieuses pour y vivre à 2 , confortables (literie au top, et Clim dans la chambre). Les terrasses du haut sont un espace à vivre pour les repas et la lecture avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Tout est feng shui, zen ! Petit plus pour le jacuzzi. A tout cela, s’y ajoute l’accueil de Diana et Ghislain convivial, chaleureux, à l’écoute. Beaucoup de souplesse dans les heures d’arrivée et de départ ( fort appréciable). Et toujours cette douceur, cette quiétude ( Big Up à Diana 😊). Merci pour cette belle parenthèse ! Nous reviendrons assurément.

we had a great stay in this very nice apartment. feels like home. we have done a lot of cooking , the kitchen has all what you need. everything was good, the bed, the seating area, the terrace with nice view on nature. the area is very quiet and Ashwin mother is very friendly et very helpful. we will surely come back to this place if, hopefully on day, we ever come back to Grand Baie.

3 nuits au Charming Condo parfaites pour découvrir Tamarin, Le Morne, Rivière Noire et les gorges de Black River! L’emplacement est parfait pour des voyageurs se déplaçant en bus. C’était notre cas et Sébastien nous a fourni toutes les indications pour nous rendre au logement depuis l’Est de Maurice. Facile et hyper accessible! Agréable surprise à notre arrivée avec les petits plus et attentions de nos hôtes : panier d’accueil et serviettes de plage fournis parfait pour l’apéro sur la plage à proximité! La trousse de secours (oui, on y pense pas assez!) parfait pour les petits bobos suite à la visite du parc National ! Et l’emplacement idéal à deux pas des restaurants ! Nous avons apprécié le Jiva pour le petit déjeuner et le happy Rahja ou le Osaka Sushi pour les dîners! Bonus pour la disponibilité de Sébastien, sa réactivité et le logement impeccable. Je recommande sans hésiter, entre amis ou en famille, le charming Condo sera idéal pour votre séjour au sud ouest de Maurice.

My family had a wonderful stay at Daren’s apartment! It is very close to the beach, it’s clean and most importantly, Daren is a fantastic host. He was responsive, flexible and very helpful with all requests. Definitely recommend staying here! :)

Le logement était tres bien situé : plage et restaurants à pieds. Appartement très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire (pack d'eau, thé, biscuits...). Bill est tres agréable et disponible pour toute demande. En bonus, nous avons eu un plat typiquement mauricien préparé par ses soins. Nous recommandons a 100 %.

Der Aufenthalt war superschön in der sehr komfortablen Wohnung 😉 es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt wenn man was benötigt war schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😍

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans l’appartement de Quentin, tout s’est très bien passé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la famille de Quentin qui vit juste à côté, merci beaucoup à eux. Notamment Christine et sa maman qui nous ont cuisiné un excellent repas pour une soirée, et puis l’excursion en bateau autour de l’île aux Cerfs avec Julio qui était supère ! Trou d’eau douce est un joli village, et c’est très agréable de se promener sur le petit port, à quelques pas de l’appartement. L’appartement est spacieux, joliment décoré et agréable. Bref, nous y retournerions avec plaisir !
